We stand by our merchandise 100% and we will accept returns on any unused and unwashed item within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to process through our merchant service provider. Gift orders are eligible for exchange only. At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than Little Stitches Clothing.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Little Stitches Clothing is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. 
Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Little Stitches to refund your credit card upon receipt.

All orders will ship from Oceanside,, CA. For Free Shipping we use USPS and for all express orders we use UPS. We only offer free shipping to the contiguous U.S. 
Any orders received before 1pm EST usually ship the same day. Any orders received after 1pm EST usually ship the next business day.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR ANY INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERY.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For all our international shipments we use USPS International Priority. Please know that once the package leaves the country we can not provide any further information regarding delivery other than what is provided in the USPS tracking system. If you have any delivery issues please reach out to your local postal service. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SHIPMENTS ONCE THEY LEAVE THE USA.
